This Membership Form, along with the Terms and Conditions which are incorporated by reference, apply to the provisions of Charity Digital Benchmark (“Agreement”). The Agreement forms the entire agreement for Charity Digital Benchmark. Our Terms and Conditions set out Digital Benchmark Limited’s commitment to non-disclosure and confidentiality so that once you have signed up, you know that your information will be kept safe by us.

Charity Digital Benchmark:
 

·        Digital Benchmark Limited will provide the Member with live access to Charity Digital Benchmark, a Google Analytics 4 (GA4) database where charities who are members can benchmark their digital performance.

·        As part of the Member’s onboarding process Digital Benchmark Limited can also offer up to 4 hours of support with Google Analytics installation, data setup, and fixing any issues.

·        Digital Benchmark Limited will provide the Member with quarterly data accuracy checks and support, in addition to implementing automated annual checks that act as a safety net to ensure that Member GA4 data remains accurate.

·        The Member will have a subscription to the Charity Digital Benchmark Trends quarterly newsletter, exclusive to members of Charity Digital Benchmark.

·        The Member will have access to the Member’s Slack community group, with the set-up date for this TBC.

·        Supplementary analysis and commentary will be shared with the Member (some of which will be publicly available to help support membership growth).

·        Ability to attend networking meetings.

 

What we need you to do as a Member:
 

·        Grant Digital Benchmark Limited admin access to your GA4 account so that Digital Benchmark Limited can create a unique GA4 Charity Digital Benchmark property.

·        Grant Digital Benchmark Limited access to your Google Tag Manager account so that we are able to create event triggers specifically for the GA4 Charity Digital Benchmark property.

·        Complete and return the annual digital media survey.

·        Sign up for Direct Debit via GoCardless and pay our invoices via Direct Debit.

·        Notify Digital Benchmark Limited of any significant website changes that might impact website data, such as migration or a change to the Member GA4.

·        Keep GA4 data accurate, and respond to enquiries regarding any issues identified by Digital Benchmark Limited.

 

Subscription Licence Terms (tick as applicable):
Digital Benchmark Limited will provide the Service on the following basis to the Member:

[    ] rolling monthly subscription;

·        Monthly Fee: £55 ex VAT, payable by Direct Debit.

·        The Member or Digital Benchmark Limited may terminate by giving the other party no less than one month’s written notice using the contact details above. The notice must expire at the end of a monthly period to be valid.

·        The monthly subscription fee will be invoiced on the signature of this agreement and the first working day of each month until termination.

·        Annual Fee: £528 ex VAT, payable by Direct Debit.

·        Annual subscriptions will auto-renew unless either party gives the other no less than 60 days written notice using the contact details. The notice must expire at the end of the 12 months to be valid.

·        The annual subscription fee will be invoiced on the signature of this agreement and at the start of each 12 months until termination.

Additional Terms (if any):
TRIAL PERIOD:

provided that the Member signs this Membership Form and sets up a Direct Debit for the monthly or annual fee, then the Member shall have access to Charity Digital Benchmark on a free-to-use Trial Period until 1 January 2024. Provided that no termination notice is served by either party during this Trial Period, the paid-for monthly or annual subscription shall commence on 1 January 2024 (unless Digital Benchmark Limited extend this trial period at their own discretion – in which case the paid-for subscription will commence on the day preceding the extended free-to-use Trial Period end date). To terminate the trial period either party must give no less than 30 days written notice.
